Have been using them for years.
Brilliant company.
Really know their stuff. Started with mostly ink cartridges and photo paper. But now filament for 3D printing.
Their own brand ink, photopaper and filament is superb. A fine irish company who really know their business.
They are better than Amazon all day long. I always look for an Irish company first before resorting to Amazon. A lot of irish companies fall short of the mark for value, service, available products and service.
123ink AND 123-3D are 5 stars in all categories so I am proud to support them.

The after sales support is excellent. I mistakenly ordered 2.85mm filament due to stupidly not reading the full product description and only realised when the order was delivered.
I contacted 123-3D and explained my error and they immediately agreed to swap the wrongly ordered unopened reels for the correct ones.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place, I received my 3D printer yesterday and I'm up and running already, I can't thank Stephen enough for all the help, he has gone above and beyond with the customer service.
I saw him at the ideal homes exhibition demonstrating these printers and I just had to have one, I asked him why shouldn't I maybe get one on Amazon instead and he said because we are brilliant at the after sales care etc and he wasn't wrong, he has been instrumental in getting me, as a total 3D novice up and running in a matter of hours with his tips and tricks and how to YouTube videos, I'm absolutely delighted with how everything has gone and I can't praise him and the company enough, well done guys, your brilliant.
