This reliable dual extruder printer has a maximum
build volume of 42cm x 30cm x 40cm and a closed housing. The print chamber can be heated to no less than 60 degrees and the heated bed has a maximum temperature of 120 degrees, making the conditions ideal for almost any type of filament with a diameter of 2.85mm. Thanks to the so-called IDEX system (Independent Dual Extruder), the two print heads move separately from each other so that you can successfully print even the most complex 3D objects. Ideal for printing with support material or when you want to print with different colours and materials at the same time.
The Epsilon W50 is equipped with two high-tech dual-drive extruders from Bondtech and a HEPA and carbon filter, which protects the environment from potentially harmful vapors and particles. This 3D printer is also equipped with a number of time-saving functions: In duplication mode you print the same object twice as fast. In mirror mode, you can print a mirrored object at the same time, without having to adjust the design. Super handy!
You can easily operate the printer with the 5" color touchscreen and print from an SD card, wifi, or ethernet connectivity. BCN3D recommends using the printer in combination with the BCN3D Cura software but also supports other well-known slicer software.
BCN3D Smart Cabinet
The Smart Cabinet fits no less than 10 small spools (max. 55mm wide), 4 large spools (max. 2.5kg) or 6 BCN3D Spool Cartridges. In this way you can increase the life of many materials and thus the general print quality. Thanks to the application of smart drying technology, the humidity in the room is controlled. This keeps the filament dry and reduces the chance of printing errors due to moisture.
In addition, the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) protects your work in the event of a power failure. In the event of a failure of up to 10 minutes, the printer automatically resumes at the correct point. Does it take longer? Then the system remembers the last position, so that you can restart the printer manually.
