The Dyze Typhoon Extruder for 2.85mm filament can print up to 200mm3 per second (0.9kg per hour). The all-in-one extruder is specially designed for industrial 3D printers and is compatible with standard firmware. The extruder is equipped with a quad pinch system, which means that there is contact with the filament at four points. This extreme grip ensures that the filament does not slip and the extruder is also suitable for very soft and flexible filament.
The double heat zone ensures that the polymer remains at a constant temperature. The upper part receives cold filament and generates heat to melt the polymer. The lower part ensures that the polymer is at an exact temperature so that the output from the 1.2mm nozzle is even. A lever on the top takes all the filament away from the moving parts, making it easy to change.
