The Elegoo Mars 4 DLP 3D printer is a desktop resin 3D printer that uses Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology to achieve high precision and accuracy. The printer has a build volume of 132.8mm x 74.7mm x 150mm and is suitable for various applications such as dentistry, education, design and miniatures.
The printer works with a DLP projector. The projector has a lifespan of more than 20,000 hours. The printer uses a tempered glass screen with a light transmittance of up to 95%, which replaces the traditional LCD screen and reduces light scattering and the influence of stray light.
The sandblasted build plate ensures strong adhesion to the underside of the model. The Z-axis linear rail is thickened from 15mm to 20mm, which reduces vibration during Z-axis movement and improves the layer height of the printed models.
The printer also has a USB-powered air purifier with built-in activated carbon filter that can absorb and filter the resin odor to create a fresh printing environment.
