This printer has a build volume of 211.68mm x 118.37mm x 220mm, a resolution of 15120 x 6230 and a 14 x 19 µm XY resolution. With a printing speed of 150mm/h, 3D prints are quickly brought to life.
Handy & smart
The smart heating system heats the resin tank to 30˚C. This results in better layer adhesion and fluidity, which increases the quality of 3D prints. Thanks to the automatic bed levelling, the Saturn 4 Ultra is even easier to use. In addition, the 10 inch 16K Mono LCD screen offers unprecedented precision and an excellent level of detail. This means that even complicated models are printed perfectly. The screen has a robust 9H tempered glass protector, which protects it from scratches and damage. To prevent damage to the LCD screen, this 3D printer uses a smart mechanical sensor with residue detection. The sensor also gives a notification when there is a shortage of resin and when the bed is not level, so that incorrect 3D prints are prevented.
User friendly
The quick release design makes it easy to remove and replace parts. Replaceable retaining screws ensure a clog-free design, and dual pouring troughs make it even easier to pour resin from the tank. Use the reliable draining rack to work cleanly and safely. Switch between fast and slow print modes in an instant to match your printing speed to your needs.
Easily monitor the printing process in real time with the improved camera. The built-in light makes it possible to monitor your 3D print during the day and in the evening or to make time-lapse videos. In addition, a notification is given when the print deforms or when the build plate is empty. The exposure time of the different sections can be set separately, so that the optimal settings can be found, and PFA release film does not stick.
Safety
For added safety, the 3D printer automatically pauses and alerts when the LED temperature exceeds 80˚C. It is also possible to resume 3D printing after a power failure and the Saturn 4 Ultra can perform a quick self-test to ensure everything is working properly.
Other functionalities
It is possible to control multiple 3D printers, which makes workflows even more streamlined. Thanks to the laser-engraved build plate, there is a strong bed adhesion, which makes 3D prints less likely to deform or detach. However, 3D prints can be easily removed when they are finished.
