This all-metal hotend set from Micro Swiss for the Wanhao i3, Wanhao i3 Plus and all other i3 clones has a redesigned cooling block. The set has several improvements:
- Slot clamp system
- The adjusting screw does not cause damage to the heatbreak
- Significantly better heat transfer
- Easier to disassemble and adjust
The lower part of the heatbreak is made of stainless steel and therefore retains the heat well, the higher part is made of aluminium so that it quickly dissipates the heat away from the filament. Because the heatbreak is completely made of metal, the heat will always be constant and printing can be done at a higher speed and temperature.
The kit contains the following parts:
- 0.4mm brass nozzle
- heat break
- cooling block
