This bundle consists of 3 different types of plastic: PA6 (235mm x 250mm x 6 mm), POM (23mm x 250mm x 8mm) and ABS (235mm x 250mm x 3mm). PA6, also called Nylon, has excellent mechanical properties such as high wear and impact resistance and good electrical insulation, making it ideal for moulds, gears or damping elements. POM is easy to work with and has excellent chemical resistance, high wear resistance, low freewing and excellent stiffness.
These material are well suited for gears, connecting elements and guide elements. ABS is known for its heat resistance and high impact resistance which makes it often used in prototyping, automotive parts, housing elements or protective elements.
