An alternative to Kapton tape is 3DLAC adhesive spray. You spray the heated print bed with this spray before you start printing. At a temperature of 100-110 degrees, the spray is extremely sticky, so that your printed object perfectly adheres in place. When the plate has cooled completely, your 3D-printed object can be easily removed. The spray is water-soluble, making it easy to clean your print surface after printing.
Another way to make your print adhere better is to use ammonia. You do this by cleaning the print bed with it, so that the filament can adhere well to the degreased surface. Use gloves during application to protect your skin. Due to the ammonia, the 3D print is printed on a smooth surface, which gives a glossy result to the bottom of your printed object. The downside of ammonia is the smell. We recommend that you only use this in a well-ventilated area.
It is also possible that the distance between the print head and the print bed is too large. The distance does not have to be great to be able to print. If, for example, a business card or A4 paper fits with difficulty, the distance is already good enough. If the distance is too great, the pressed filament will not adhere well to the printed circuit board.
