Which 3D modelling software can I use?

If you want to design a 3D object yourself, you must use specific 3D model software. The appropriate type of software depends on your level of experience (beginner, intermediate or professional) and the industry or application you want to design for. SketchUp

FreeCAD

FreeCAD's design concept is based on geometric shapes and a high degree of detail. Ideal for developing real-life objects of any size. In addition, you can easily adjust your 3D creation even at an advanced stage because you can go back in the history of your design.

Meshmixer

Meshmixer's software is ideal for modifying and editing existing 3D designs or, for example, 3D scans. Is there a gap in your design? Then you can easily correct this with Meshmixer! In addition, you can lower the resolution for faster printing, split the object into several layers and measure the length, height, width, etc. The latter function is especially useful when developing mechanical parts where a high degree of precision is essential.

Sculptris

With Sculptris, you can shape your objects through the virtual sculpting of clay! This technique is ideal for adding expression or structure to organic objects such as faces, animals and fictional characters. Post-processing is done with a more advanced tool such as ZBrush.
