What is a Zmorph 3D printer?

A Zmorph 3D printer goes much further than a 'normal' 3D printer. This versatile machine prints, cuts, engraves and mills. The great thing is, it also fits on your desk!

You may be familiar with CNC machines, which are milling cutters or laser engravers. In contrast to a 3D printer, where something is built up layer by layer, with a CNC machine all the excess material is removed, until a detailed object remains. Just like the Snapmaker 3-in-1 and the Creality CP01, a Zmorph 3D printer combines the best of these two worlds: this ‘supersonic’ 3D printer can handle both techniques!

What can a Zmorph all-in-one 3D printer do?

The three different manufacturing methods and countless options make the Zmorph the most versatile 3D printer on the market. You can print with two materials at the same time, mix colours, load photos and print with PVA water-soluble support material. A Zmorph 3D printer has an accuracy that is expressed in microns, which is comparable to industrial quality. You can therefore make everything from prototypes to small production volumes for a complete product line.    

What materials can a Zmorph 3D printer handle?

Effortlessly combine different materials and work with complex designs. You can use a Zmorph printer in combination with the following materials:
  • Filament: PLA, PVA, PETG, ASA, Nylon, Flex, TPU in HIPS filament
  • CNC cutting: wood, glass, HDPE, PVC, laminate and HDPE
  • Laser cutting: paper, cardboard, felt and packaging material
  • Other: chocolate, dough, cream cheese, ceramics and icing   

What are the advantages of a Zmorph 3D printer?

A Zmporh 3D printer has endless possibilities. This is on the one hand due to the three different manufacturing methods, on the other hand, it is due to the software. The New Voxelizer software contains continuous updates, is even faster and is equipped with better algorithms.

In addition, a Zmorph 3D printer is very user-friendly. The printer is easy to operate via the large LCD touchscreen and thanks to the automatic calibration you can get started quickly. With the so-called ‘workflow switcher’ it is very easy to change the print head so that you remain productive. Another advantage is that the printer is supplied as a complete set. You are therefore immediately provided with the right nozzles, extruders, hot ends, print heads, filament and essential accessories.
