Description eSun's neutral ePA-CF Nylon filament has been developed on the basis of 6/66 copolymer. It consists of 20% carbon fibre which ensures high strength, stiffness and toughness. This allows the filament to replace metal materials in many cases. This ePA-CF Nylon filament has excellent printability. Your prints get a matte surface with this filament. The material has a heat forming temperature of up to 155℃. In addition, it hardly shrinks, does not warp and does not crack. This eSun ePA-CF Nylon with carbon fibre filament has a diameter of 1.75mm.

It is based on PA12 and absorbs less moisture than other filaments, meaning your print is less affected by humidity and temperature changes. The filament shrinks little, is not easy to deform and does not break during printing.

Description This ePA12-CF filament from eSun is based on PA12 with the additional addition of 15% carbon fibres. These enhance the severity and strength of the nylon and even make it possible to use this filament as a replacement for metal in many situations. Because it absorbs little moisture, prints made from this material are more resistant to humidity and temperature changes. This filament is ideal for printing parts such as gears, because it is self-lubricating and can withstand frequent use.

For long-term use, ePA12-CF can function well at temperatures up to 120°C. For short-term use it can withstand a temperature of up to 160°C. The filament shrinks little, is not easy to deform and does not break during printing. It is refined and has a matte appearance.

eSun natural ePAHT-CF Nylon filament 1.75mm, 0.75kg

Description This eSun ePAHT-CF filament is based on PA6 with an addition of 15% carbon fibres. The high strength, stiffness, mechanical and thermal properties are even better than other nylon filaments from eSun. In many cases, ePAHT-CF can be used as a replacement for metal. This makes it perfect for printing robot, drone and aviation parts.

For long-term use, ePAHT-CF can function well at temperatures up to 150°C. For short-term use it can withstand a temperature of up to 180°C. The filament shrinks little, is not easy to deform and does not break during printing. It is refined and has a matte appearance.

Please note:

For best results, dry ePAHT-CF at 70°C/>12H and print with a skirt around your model.
Because it is not easy to bend, it is advisable to avoid excessive bending of the wire as much as possible.
The added carbon fibres in ePAHT-CF ensure that you can better print this filament with a hard steel nozzle or a ruby nozzle. We also recommend a hard steel extruder.
