Advanced technology
The Zortrax M300 Dual works with LPD Plus (Layer Plastic Deposition), an advanced technology that allows the use of soluble support material. The twin extruder then feeds two filaments into the nozzles: one for the model and one for the support material. You can also use the 3D printer in single mode. The M300 Dual then prints both the model and the auxiliary structures in the same filament.

Ideal partner in production
The M300 Dual is ideal for printing models for industries such as aerospace and architecture. With its large build space of 265 x 265 x 300mm, you can often print models in one go, without splitting them into separate parts that have to be put together later. This greatly increases the durability of the model, as joints are usually the weakest spots in the structure.

The WiFi and Ethernet connectivity makes it very suitable for use in a 3D printing house. You simply connect multiple printers to the PC to distribute the workload between different devices. The intuitive operation of this plug-and-play 3D printer allows the machine to be set up and operated without any previous experience with 3D printing.

Rock-solid and precise performance
Because work cycles on high-volume 3D printers are often long, reliability is especially important. The M300 Dual works with a filament endstop mechanism that automatically pauses the print and warns the user if the filament is running out or stuck. The Blackout Response System stores enough energy to preserve print progress in the event of a power failure. When the power is turned back on, printing can be resumed from the same place.

Due to the closed printing room, the temperature is strictly regulated. This prevents warping and shrinking of the 3D model, among other things. The Zortrax M300 Dual also prints with a resolution of up to 500 microns.

The M300 Plus works with all 1.75mm filaments on coil, even demanding materials such as TPU and nylon. So you can always rest assured that your professional project will be printed effortlessly in the filament of your choice. The 3D printer automatically calibrates to work with glass, perforated or other types of building platforms. There is a camera in the print room, so that the printing process can be monitored at all times. You can easily operate the printer via the intuitive touchscreen or remotely with the Z-SUITE slicing software.
