I ordered before the advertised cut-off time but I haven't received a tracking email yet. How can this be?

We do our darndest to process all incoming orders right up to (and beyond) the advertised cut-off time. We're almost always successful in this regard, but occasionally we get caught short, for the following reasons:

It's possible that an order in a very recent batch took the last of an item, and we're out of stock of one of the items that you ordered.

If you insert a comment in your order and we process same very close to the cut-off, then actioning your comment may delay shipping until the next day.

If the above does not apply to your order, please contact customer service. We can then check exactly what the status of your order is and when it will be processed.
